What is the Risk-Free Trial period?

We offer a 7-day Risk-Free Trial which means you’ll have 7 days to review your purchase before deciding to keep it.

The risk-free trial period will give you a chance to try out your purchase and decide if it’s for you. If you choose to cancel during your trial period, you’ll receive your money back. The Risk-Free Trial is our 100% money back guarantee, and we offer it for your peace of mind, so you can try the product at NO RISK.

**Please note anything marked “Final Sale” has no risk free trial period.

Monthly Subscription Programs

We offer a 30-day Free Trial which means you’ll have 30 days to decide whether you’d like to stay subscribed.

The free trial period will give you a chance to try out your subscription before you are charged. If you choose to cancel during your trial period, you won’t be charged at all.

When will my credit card be charged?

eBook, Audiobook, Video and Audio Programs

Your card will be charged at the moment of purchase. If you choose an installment plan, then you’ll only by charged the first installment at the moment of purchase. All programs come with a 7-day Risk-Free Trial period, so you’ll have plenty of time to review your purchase and decide if it’s right for you. If you decide NOT to keep it, please contact us to request a full refund within your trial period, and you’ll receive all your money back.

Other Monthly Subscription Programs

Monthly Subscription programs include a 30-day Free Trial. This means that your card will not be charged for the first time until 30 days after purchase – so you’ll have plenty of time to decide if it’s right for you. Please note that you may see a small, temporary authorization fee on your card statement from the initial purchase (that authorization will generally disappear within a few days, but can occasionally take up to 10 days).

How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel without hassle.

Simply contact us within your 7-day Risk-Free Trial period. We’ll remove your access to the program and refund 100% of any payments you’ve already made – no questions asked.

Am I signing up for any recurring payments?

You’ll always see the payment terms for all your offers (including subscriptions) at the top of your shopping cart before you complete your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering, feel free to contact us.

You can also review your email order receipt to confirm your order details including information on how much and when you will be charged.

We will never add any hidden payments to your purchase. We value transparency and integrity, and we know you do too.

If you sign up for a recurring payment you didn't intend to (we do offer subscriptions) you have 30 days to cancel without ever being charged. We know that mistakes can happen, and we'll be happy to unsubscribe you if you realize you didn't want the recurring expense.

All of our monthly subscription programs have flexible cancellation policies and no minimum requirements, so you can always cancel at any time. No questions asked.

Do I have to pay shipping/handling fees?

We do not currently ship any physical products. No extra charges are applied and all of the programs are delivered by email or portal.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

If you’d like to cancel your monthly subscription to any of our programs, simply contact us and inform your order ID or simply your full name or email associated with your order.

You’re welcome to keep any free bonuses and of course anything you’ve already paid for. Make sure to download your materials prior to requesting cancellation, as once your cancellation is processed, access to the Portal will be disabled.

Please note that a payment plan is not considered a monthly subscription. Programs with payment plans cannot be cancelled after the initial risk-free trial, while monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime.

What will appear on my credit card statement?

You’ll be able to easily identify any of your orders with us on your credit card statement. Just look for “Flourish Together" as the name of the vendor/merchant.

Are there any costs when requesting a cancellation or refund?

No cancellation costs. When your purchase is canceled within your risk-free trial, your account will be refunded.

Can I receive a refund for a Private Coaching Session or Live Masterclass purchase?

No, please note that live offerings (private coaching, group coaching, live classes) are not eligible for refund.

For one-on-one coaching sessions, you can reschedule your session up to 24h in advance. After that, if your coach is able to accommodate, they will try to work with you (we know that life happens!), but a reschedule is not guaranteed as it depends on the availability of your coach, and no refunds will be issued.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or reschedules.

When can I download my program?

As soon as your purchase goes through, you'll receive access to the portal and can start reading/watching/reading your program immediately.

Instant access is provided by streaming, so you can review your program during your risk-free trial.

Once the risk-free trial is over, you'll also be able to download all of the materials, so you can continue learning while offline if you wish.

Please note that once downloaded, no refund will be issued for the order.

If you'd like to forfeit your trial and download your materials right away, you can simply contact our customer service team, and we'll be happy to enable the downloads for you immediately. Just note that the sale becomes final at that point, and not eligible for refunds anymore.

What Is A Final Sale? Why Can't I Get A Refund?

If you purchase any product during a Final Sale special event with DEEPLY discounted prices, your purchase will not be eligible for a refund. In order to be able to offer our programs at such significant savings, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee at that price.
